Privately owned with huge financial backing they will fully support you to be successful while working autonomously, they have a lucrative commission scheme, a busy sales floor full of successful, driven consultants

You’ll play a key role in connecting top-tier healthcare and medical professionals within, private and public hospitals, clinics, and care providers across Australia. Although in growth mode, they are already on some tier 1 panels and hold long standing client relationships for you to inherit from day 1.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and managing a strong candidate network of nurses, doctors, allied health professionals, and support staff
• Partnering with healthcare organisations to understand their staffing needs and deliver bespoke recruitment solutions
• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle – from client acquisition and vacancy briefing to candidate placement and aftercare
• Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where your success is rewarded

What we’re looking for:

• Previous local experience in recruitment (ideally healthcare or medical, but open to other sectors)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• A proactive mindset and a passion for making a difference in healthcare
