As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work alongside an experienced team, partnering with a diverse range of clients to identify, assess and place top-tier candidates. You will play a key role in contributing to Clarity Partners continued growth and reputation for excellence in the recruitment industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively source and evaluate candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and referrals
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on understanding their recruitment needs and organisational culture
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates while providing appropriate support and guidance throughout
• Manage offer negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved
• Monitor and analyse industry trends, providing clients and internal stakeholders with relevant market insights to support strategic hiring decisions
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing to a cohesive team environment and providing mentorship where appropriate

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for people
• A strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate hiring needs
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
