About you:

We’re looking for someone with a fun out going attitude, who is happy to talk about diving and the ocean all day long.

If you’re a Scuba Diver, Surfer, Spear fisher, Free diver or water sports enthusiast who is passionate about the ocean; Then this is the job for you.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the Store Manager in:

Managing and motivating the team to achieve an awesome customer experience and achieve company targets.

Be a role model to create a great team culture.

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:

Retail leadership experience

Spearfishing, surfing, scuba diving or free diving knowledge preferred but not essential
