About the role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our dynamic team at Darebin & Moonee Valley Conveyancing in either our Northcote or Essendon branches. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality conveyancing services to our diverse range of clients.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive property searches and title investigations

Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfer documents, and other legal instruments

Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless conveyancing process

Providing expert advice on all aspects of property transactions

Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

Providing support and guidance to junior members of the conveyancing team

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Conveyancer, with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and other stakeholders

Proficient in using conveyancing software and technology

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

A commitment to providing exceptional client service

Relevant legal qualifications or a Diploma of Conveyancing
