About the role

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Twin Waters Pharmacy in Twin Waters, Queensland. This is a casual position, offering flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle. As Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring our customers receive the highest quality of care and service.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner

Handling cash and card transactions accurately

Restocking shelves and maintaining stock levels

Preparing medication for dispensing under the supervision of a pharmacist

Providing customer service and product information to customers

Maintaining a clean and organised pharmacy environment

Supporting the pharmacy team with administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Good attention to detail and numerical skills

Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures (desirable)

A friendly, professional and reliable attitude

Flexibility to work a casual roster, including alternate Saturday mornings. Must be able to work till 5pm
