What you'll do:
Reception Duties:
- Greet and assist all walk-in visitors in a professional manner.
- Follow start-of-day and end-of-day procedures, including:
- Checking and preparing meeting rooms.
- Cleaning and stocking two kitchenettes (staff area and training facility).
- Ensuring printers are clean and fully stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all training and meeting rooms.
- Receive, log, and deliver packages to the appropriate department or person.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including trips to the post office.
- Order and organise stationery supplies.
- Handle store orders and stock control.
- Answer overflow incoming calls and assist with confirming truck schedules.
Call Centre Duties:
- Respond to all inbound calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Manage logistics-related queries.
- Support donation processing through online portals.
- Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager, including overseeing the laundry service for high-vis jackets used by visitors.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Professional presentation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or call centre role is highly regarded.
- Competency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
