I am partnering with a locally owned and operated home builder. They have been building stunning homes for families and investors for well over a decade. This company offers a range of plans to meet the market and a full design and construct custom option for their clients. They are now looking for a full time Colour Consultant to join their Gold Coast design studio.

The role will involve:

• Appointments with clients to go through their selections and finishes.
• Create detailed documents outlining the selections for construction.
• Provide support to investor clients for their colour selections
• Liaise with internal departments like Estimating & Pre-site admin for variations or queries.

What you need:

• Attention to detail and ability to retain information around the inclusions and specifications on offer.
• Experience with Onsite Companion beneficial
• Excellent communication and presentation as this is a client facing role
• A creative flare and problem solving mentality
