Our client is a well-regarded and established residential builder with a solid pipeline of projects, and due to company growth, is looking to expand their team by adding a Prestart Consultant. They seek candidates who align with the company’s values and are passionate about making a meaningful impact on the business

The Opportunity:
In this newly created role as a Prestart Consultant, you will assume a varied role by offering expert guidance and support throughout the entire Prestart process. Your main duty will involve ensuring seamless and efficient selection operations, facilitating the successful delivery of projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate and finalise Prestart selection meetings
• Preparing and administering contractual documents and addenda's
• Adhoc admin as required

About You:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an outstanding client-centric approach and aims to advance their career with a company they take pride in representing in the market.

• 2+ years of experience working as a Prestart consultant - Required
• Exceptionally high attention to detail and Customer-centric focused
• Strong organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail
• A positive attitude and collaborative approach to your work
