You are:

You're a Supplier Manager with a background in insurance, specifically working in the hire car & mobility category.

Skilled in contract preparation & negotiation, proposal writing and performance management, you ideally have exposure to RFP's, however you're not required to have run an RFP on your own for this role.

With a proactive attitude, you are approachable and personable with excellent communication skills. You know how to have hard conversations whilst maintaining a positive relationship with suppliers & preserving margins.

You'll utilise your excellent supplier & stakeholder management skills to reduce complexity, improve productivity, manage risk and improve governance.

Skills / Experience / Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in supplier management
• Experience in the insurance industry, within hire car and mobility
• Skilled in all aspects of contract management
• Highly skilled in negotiation
• Excellent relationship building / management skills
• Deep understanding of category management and sourcing
