The Role
As the Assistant Production Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the production operations at multiple locations. This hands-on role will see you managing a team of production staff, ensuring that all hard goods are processed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to drive continuous optimization. Key responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the production team, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard
• Monitor and report on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiency
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a production management or supervisory role, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Proficient in using data and metrics to drive operational excellence
