Lucy Folk is a nomadic lifestyle brand that effortlessly transforms the creative mindset into wearable pieces of art. We are searching for an experienced store manager to lead our team in our Bondi Store (Playa by Lucy Folk).

With a background in premium retail or hospitality, you understand what great service feels like. You know how to read the room, anticipate needs, and work beautifully with others to create something seamless, thoughtful, and elevated.
This role will include the following responsibilities:
Build and manage the team that engages customers, in the store environment, to create a bespoke customer service experience.
Create incredible customer experiences in the Lucy Folk 'concierge’ way and to be invigorated by interactions with your customers.
Monitors sales budgets across all stores and ensures managers achieve targets & set KPI’s.
Leads the store team to achieve budgets, reach targets & set KPI’s
Balances a ‘service first’ approach to sales while achieving planned targets
Is passionate about the product, demonstrates strong product knowledge and is driven to find solutions for customers
Builds and maintains strong customer relationships and therefore fostering loyalty amongst Lucy Folk customers
Run store operations across inventory, visual merchandising, loss prevention and store presentation to ensure the environment brings to life the Lucy Folk retail concept within the bricks and mortar space.
Takes responsibility for maintaining a clean store environment and all safety standards and process management are followed.
Follows secure store opening and closing procedures and takes responsibility for stores cash handling and banking
Adheres to all rostered hours and takes any leave in accordance with policies and procedures
Manage our in store services and assist with the coordination and execution of events in store
Requirements for the role:
Previous experience as a retail store manager is preferable
Ability and experience to lead, manage and motivate a team
Passion for customer service
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent English communication skills
Demonstrate clear decision making and problem-solving skills
Ability to grow and nurture customer relationships and grow a team with the skills to provide a unique and elevated customer experience.
Able to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster, with the ability to flex up to meet changing roster demands e.g. late nights and weekends.
Monthly store meeting attendance
Quarterly in store and online training attendance
