The client is an award winning, Australian owned and operated business. They are an industrial supply company that provides a first-class service to their users of industrial products. They sell leading international brands across a range of categories, Fasteners / Adhesives / Tools / to name a few. Their mission is to supply their customers with the best application solution with excellent customer service.

An opportunity exists for a reliable Warehouse and Dispatch Person to join their growing business. If you have the right attitude and motivation to contribute to their ongoing success, there is potential for career advancement.

The role includes but is not limited to:

• Unloading and receiving goods

• Checking them against order forms

• Label items with storage details

• Place goods in storage containers and on racks

• Complete orders by selecting goods from shelves and checking them off appropriate lists

• Package and send out completed orders to customers

• Data entry

• Monitor quality issues or damaged products

• Ensure work area is always tidy and safe

• Provide customer service to onsite visitors and take telephone enquiries

They are seeking people, who are motivated, can work well unsupervised and show initiative. You need to be positive, with high energy and physically fit. It’s a fast-paced environment with a fun team.

To be shortlisted you should demonstrate the following:

• High attention to detail & problem-solving skills

• Computer skills Microsoft Office suite, dispatch/logistics software and internal CRM systems

• Excellent English reading, spoken and written skills

• Clean and Neat presentation

• A current NSW driver’s license

• Warehousing experience in industrial products beneficial

• Ideally must be able to work 5 days per week and overtime when required
