About the role

Working as part of a team our Owner Services Department [OSD] you will look after the daily management of our investment owners apartments and residential owners alike.

Working closely between our apartment owners, maintenance, housekeeping & accounts departments our new OSD team member will directly support the OSD Manager in all aspects of our daily operations.

Building a strong relationship with apartment owners through open and transparent communication is a key aspect for our team members.

A primary role for this position will be to liaise with individual apartment owners on a raft of smaller issues that come and go.

Skills and experience

The successful candidate will need to have great personal presentation, be professional and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills. Previous experience & knowledge of Real Estate letting, strata titled property operations and/or apartment resort operations will be beneficial, as well as excellent computer skills.

This role suites an existing owner services or owner relations team member working for one of the corporate apartment resort chains or a larger stand alone apartment resort building or a real estate agency with a large rent roll, or a Real Estate professional looking to stable hours and work place.

You will need to produce proof of your experience and/or skills within the strata titled property operations, and/or real estate, and/or apartment resort operational fields, to be considered.
