Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Top Tier Customer - Long Term Program
We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a fast-paced, collaborative team that’s bridging the gap between software development and operations. In this role, you’ll apply software engineering principles to infrastructure and operational challenges to improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.

You’ll be working within a cross-functional team of 25—including 7 Developers and 4 UX/UI Designers—focused on enhancing operational excellence and delivery practices.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering roles
• Strong coding skills (e.g. Java, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript)
• Proficiency in AWS and modern cloud-native architecture
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and performance tuning
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g. Datadog)
• Understanding of Node.js and OpenAPI-first development
• Experience with unit and integration testing (e.g. WireMock)
• Exposure to React and building efficient, secure APIs
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and their challenges
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on automation and resilience
