Saturday: 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Sunday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Commercial Cook to prepare and cook a variety of Italian-inspired dishes during dinner service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, has experience with Italian cuisine, and values consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Cook a variety of Italian pasta dishes and risottos

Prepare and cook Chicken & Veal Parmigiana

Fry and serve Calamari and Chips

Cook Garlic Prawns

Ensure all meals are presented to a high standard

Maintain a clean and organized cooking station

Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

Experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably with Italian cuisine

Ability to work independently during service

Reliability and punctuality

Food Safety and Handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
