About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic and innovative customer service agents to join our dynamic team in West Footscray. If you thrive in a supportive team environment with recognition for a job well done, then Independence Australia is for you!
- Be the first point of contact for our customers and address their enquiries at our inbound Customer Contact centre (by telephone and email)
- Apply attention to detail when you process orders for our diverse customer base
- Build effective workplace relationships with the team to contribute to positive customer outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide product information to help guide our customers when they need help to choose one of our many products
- Have the peace of mind to plan your life as your rotating roster is set in advance and runs for 3 months
About You
We understand you may not have all our ideal skills listed; however, we encourage you to apply if you feel you have the drive and depth of experience that would add value to our team!
- A drive to provide customers with the best customer service experience on any interaction
- Customer Service experience within a Contact Centre environment
- Accurate data entry skills and value attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills to create positive interactions and relationships with customers and other staff members
- NDIS Workers Screening check or willingness to obtain one
