What You’ll Be Doing:

• Advising our Procurement and Data & Tech teams with practical, business-savvy legal insights
• Drafting and negotiating tech contracts, data-sharing agreements, and NDAs
• Providing guidance on privacy compliance and IT procurement
• Advising on IP protection and contributing to the NHVR’s IP strategy
• Helping manage legal risk across a growing national regulator

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years post-admission experience in tech, privacy, or IP law
• Admission as a legal practitioner in any Australian State or Territory
