Location: Buck Stop Cafe, The Broncos Club, Brisbane, Queensland

Position Overview: This is a part time role of 6:30am - 11:30am Monday - Friday, with opportunity to pick up some extra hours for the right candidate. As a Café Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring high standards of service, and leading a team of enthusiastic staff. Your role will involve managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. If you're an NRL fan it does come with the added bonus of seeing a few familiar faces around from time to time and a front row seat to field training sessions!

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of café staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.

Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure stock levels are maintained.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized café environment.

Assist in the development and implementation of promotional activities to increase sales.

Monitor and manage cash handling procedures and financial transactions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a café or hospitality environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
