About us:

Emerald Creek Ice Creamery is the manufacturer of the yummiest premium ice cream and sorbet on the Tablelands complimented by many other home made products made here at the ice creamery such as fudge, scones, jams and chutneys to name a few.

We are looking for a bubbly, outgoing and confident person with exceptional customer service standards and attention to detail. Someone who is committed to working efficiently and providing our customers with a fantastic experience.

Skills and experience:

Honest, reliable and lively personality.

Experience in coffee making and working in a fast paced food setting is desirable – however all training will be provided.
A genuine interest in the food/hospitality/tourism industry with a drive to provide excellent customer service at all times.
Ability to work well in a team as well as have the confidence to work independently.

About the role:

Hours - 10am to 5pm – Wednesdays and Fridays (There is potential for more hours including weekends and school holidays but it isn’t a requirement)
This role is for an immediate start on a 6 month contract basis starting May 7th 2025 ending November 7th 2025. With the opportunity to continue the role after the contract end date depending on business requirements and the candidates progression.

The right candidate will need to get involved in all aspects of the business from serving customers, scooping ice cream, helping prepare food and drink and cleaning.
