We now have an exciting opportunity for a Carpenter to join our team in Singh Property Renovation Pty Ltd. on a permanent, full-time basis. We are passionate about providing high quality service in all areas of our business and want the best people to help us get the job done. We are currently looking for a carpenter who shares our passion for building beautiful and functional, high-performance homes.

Position Description:

· Study blueprints and building plans to determine materials required.

· Identifying the occupational health and safety procedures required to complete different tasks.

· Constructing building frameworks, including walls and floors, roof framing and doorframes.

· Fitting door and window frame.

· Using power tools to complete different tasks.

· Nailing facia panels and fitting exterior wall cladding.

· Fitting and installing trim, doors, stairs, and hardware.

· Effective client communications.

· Compliance with deadlines.

· Building foundations, installing floor beams, laying sub- flooring.

· Verifying trueness of structure.

· Working effectively with team members.

· Installation of windows and doors.

· Working effectively with team members.

· Inspecting and replacing damaged framework.

To be considered for this role, you should:

· Hold Certificate III in Carpentry.

· Have at least 1 year work experience.

· Possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members;

· Be willing to follow directions and ask questions for clarification if needed.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills;

· Able to work in a fast paced environment; multitask and handle stress;

· Able to commit beyond normal working hours as when required.

Annual Salary: AUD 70,000 - 80,000
