With growing demand for our watersports brand Jobe, we’re looking for a driven and energetic Sales Executive to support our retailers, grow sales, and elevate our brand presence across the country.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build strong relationships with existing retail partners and seek out new opportunities across Australia.

Drive sell-through by providing exceptional in-store support and product training.

Execute sales plans in collaboration with the GM and support seasonal pre-bookings and stock flow.

Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation.

Analyse retailer profiles to tailor product assortments and sales strategies.

Introduce new ranges, promote closeout opportunities, and deliver real commercial value.

What We’re Looking For

A genuine passion for the outdoors and watersports.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or B2B sales.

Excellent organisation and time management skills.

Strong communicator and team player.

Results-driven and self-motivated with the potential to grow within the business.

Willingness to travel and be flexible with working hours.
