As a Recruitment Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company, culture, and job vacancy requirements.
- Visiting our clients, providing consultative advice on the job market, and managing client expectations.
- Writing and advertising job vacancies and implementing new candidate attraction strategies.
- Connecting with and interviewing candidates to understand their unique needs.
- Screening applicants and assessing their skills and fit against new roles.
- Contacting new and existing candidates to create a pipeline of talent for current and future jobs.
- Organising candidate interviews managing offers and candidate onboarding.
- Prioritising your workload.
- Winning new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:
- Consulting Expertise: A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, preferably but not essential within the healthcare/medical sector.
- Proactive Approach: You are proactive and don't wait for the phone to ring; instead, you take the initiative to drive results.
- Integrity and Team Spirit: We value honesty, trustworthiness, and a collaborative mindset. As a team player, you contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment.

- Office Commitment: As a startup, we're seeking someone enthusiastic about working full-time in the office to help foster company culture and build relationships. While we may explore flexible hybrid working after the probation period, an initial on-site commitment is crucial.
