BK Industrial Group Pty Ltd is currently expanding and seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fitter Machinist / Mechanical Fitter to join our team in Ingleburn, Sydney.

This role offers a dynamic mix of workshop and on-site work, meaning no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

Precision machining (lathe, milling, boring machines)

Mechanical fitting and repairs on industrial equipment

Diagnosing and replacing worn or faulty components

Using measuring tools to ensure high-accuracy fits

Reading and interpreting technical drawings

Supporting plant maintenance and shutdowns

What We’re Looking For

Trade-qualified Fitter Machinist (Australian-recognized)

5+ years' post-trade experience preferred

Strong mechanical knowledge and fault-finding skills

Able to work independently or as part of a team

Positive attitude and strong safety focus

Comfortable with workshop and site-based tasks

Nice to Have (but not essential)

Forklift licence

Confined Space / Working at Heights tickets

What We Offer

$50/hr + Overtime

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (home every night!)
