Rise & Shine Kindergarten, a family owned and operated business, is looking for an enthusiastic Child Care Cook to bring their culinary magic to our team at Apple Tree Preschool. If you're looking for a Part-time opportunity, Monday to Friday, 25 hours a week - this is your moment!

What You'll Do

Create meals that bring joy and meet our nutrition guidelines.

Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen while adhering to food safety protocols.

Engage in fun, meaningful conversations with your team while cooking up a storm.

Cater to a range of dietary needs with creativity and care.

Keep an eye on food costs, minimise waste, and manage stock.

What We're Looking For

A recognised qualification in Cookery/Hospitality/Chef

Current Food Handing Certificate and Food Supervisor Certificate

Valid Working With Children Check

A heart for cooking from the soul - preparing meals that make everyone smile

A strong understanding of safe hygiene practices

Previous childcare cooking experience is a bonus!
