About us

Articulate Speech Pathology is a private speech therapy provider based in Cardiff, Lake Macquarie. We pride ourselves on providing dynamic and individualised speech pathology services to adults and children, making a real difference to the lives of individuals and families we work with. We aim to provide face-to-face services in an environment most comfortable for our clients which means we are often traveling between people’s homes, schools, community locations and our clinic in Cardiff.

At Articulate Speech Pathology, we put our people first. The values and culture of the company fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment, where everyone feels like a part of the family. You will have access to ongoing professional development, internal and external clinical support if needed, as well as a fun and outgoing team environment, where team lunches and social activities are a regular occurrence.

What are we looking for?

We are looking to add to our team of 4 passionate and dedicated therapists and Allied Health Assistants. Our ideal candidate has at least 12 months clinical experience and is happy to work across a varied caseload, provide support to more junior staff and contribute to team meetings and team building exercises. Our team dynamic is a key part of who we are and our ideal candidate will contribute to our existing team culture to foster a fun and supportive work environment.

We believe in providing as much internal and external clinical support and training as you need to develop in your career. We provide funding for external training and development, weekly team meetings and PD and the option for additional external supervision, for an outside perspective when needed.

We believe in building a fun team environment, that is flexible to suit your lifestyle because work isn’t the most important thing in life. You need to be a team player, be happy to have a chat and grab a coffee in the down time, but also provide a top-notch service to your caseload without compromise.

What you will be doing

Providing high-quality, evidence-based speech pathology services across paediatric and adult caseloads

Conducting assessments and designing personalised therapy plans

Working across a range of specialty areas such as disability, early intervention and adult rehabilitation

Collaborating with other health care providers to deliver holistic care

Contributing to team meetings and professional development exercises as well as contributing to the development of junior clinicians

Billables set at 5 hours per day to ensure you maintain a sustainable workload.

What can we offer?

Our ultimate goal is to provide you with a flexible environment so that you can be your best self when you’re at work. You can work full time or part time; you can work from home, or the clinic; set your own hours and manage your own schedule. In addition, you will receive:

Base salary of $85k - $120k + superannuation (commensurate with experience)

5 weeks annual leave

Quarterly bonus incentives

Annual professional development allowance and time off to attend

Laptop, phone and iPad
