About the role

Provide administrative and program management support to the Metro North Emergency Management and Business Continuity (EMBC) unit.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Take a lead role in providing high level executive support to a range of committees chaired by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and EMBC team including planning, scheduling, location booking, agenda preparation, minuting, carrying out of designated actions and following up on outcomes.
• Provide project and program support in a range of capability development and planning activities related to disaster, emergency, and business continuity management including asset management and operational readiness.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for EMBC and coordinate arrangements for staff deployed to support disaster response and recovery activities.
