We’re hiring a Test Lead / Test Manager to join a high-profile transformation program with a leading general insurer. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end testing across a complex Guidewire implementation, ensuring quality delivery across all phases.

�� Start: ASAP – within the next 2 weeks
�� Location: Sydney-based (hybrid flexibility)
�� Contract: Initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension
�� Rate:$1000 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead test planning, execution, and reporting across a multi-stream program
• Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to align on test strategies
• Drive quality assurance across systems integration, UAT, and defect management
• Manage a team of testers and coordinate vendor testing deliverables

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in general insurance environments
• Strong Guidewire experience - PolicyCenter, BillingCenter or ClaimCenter
• Confident in leading end-to-end test efforts on large transformation programs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
