We are now building a specialist Points Advisor Team to help elite travellers book premium flights using reward points from airlines and credit cards. You’ll be part of a fast-growing, tech-forward, and dynamic company with a prestigious reputation in the luxury travel space.

After initial training, hybrid work arrangements (including some work-from-home days) may be possible if you can operate independently and complete tasks without supervision.

The Role

We are looking for passionate and motivated Frequent Flyer Points Advisors & Consultants to join our expanding team.

You’ll be assisting clients in redeeming airline and credit card points for premium international travel, particularly First and Business Class flights. From the initial consultation to post-travel support, your focus will be on delivering personalised, high-touch service that builds long-term client relationships.

📌 Note: If you don’t have reward points redemption experience, we will also consider you for a Cash Flights Consultant role

Skills and Experience

Deep understanding of frequent flyer programs

Experience with reward seat bookings and airline redemption platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication

A strong customer service mindset with a consultative approach

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Strong attention to detail

Confident in generating sales through client engagement

Desirables

Background in travel consulting, airfare ticketing, and sales

Experience with GDS, Amadeus preferred
