The Role:

We’re excited to welcome compassionate and dedicated Speech Pathologists to our team! If you're committed to neurodivergent-affirming practices and have enthusiasm for working with children and young people (0-18 years), we’d love to hear from you. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new grad (nearly finished with placements), we offer part-time or flexible hours, with plenty of room for you to grow at your own pace.

Key Responsibilities include:

Conducting thorough assessments and providing personalised therapy tailored to each client’s needs.

Developing and implementing therapy plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals to support meaningful progress.

Delivering engaging social groups that foster connection in a fun and supportive environment.

Actively participating in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and grow as a clinician.

What We Offer:

A dedicated Operations Manager/Senior Speech Pathologist who provides fortnightly mentoring, ensuring you’re well supported in reaching your full potential.

Access to our unique outdoor therapy space that enhances sessions and promotes creativity, connection and play.

Fortnightly individual and group clinical supervision/PD that’s meaningful (not just box-ticking!).

A paid PD program ($2000/year) designed to ignite your curiosity, expand your learning, and build your confidence.

We offer both full-time and part-time work options (Monday-Friday), with the optional flexibility of a 9-day fortnight.

To Apply, You’ll Need:

A Degree or Masters in Speech Pathology.

Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) membership with Speech Pathology Australia.

Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance.

A current Working with Children Check.

Eligibility for Medicare provider registration.
