About the Role

As a Property Manager at our Glenroy office, you will oversee the management of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations. Your role will involve proactive communication with landlords and tenants, financial documentation, attending to VCAT matters, and collaboration with authorities and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage property maintenance and ensure compliance with regulations.

· Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants, addressing concerns promptly.

· Prepare and process lease, rental statements, invoices, and financial documents.

· Liaise with authorities and service providers as necessary.

· Contribute to the growth and success of the Raine & Horne TGR Group.

About You

We are seeking candidates with:

· Proven experience of minimum one year in residential property management and excellent customer service.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

· Knowledge of property management software like Property me, Inspection Express, Core Logic etc.

· In-depth knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and related legislation.

· A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving.

· A collaborative team spirit focused on achieving business success.
