Key Responsibilities:

• Problem Solving: Engage with customers to understand their unique auto parts needs and offer tailored, recycled solutions to solve their problems effectively.
• Sell Across Multiple Channels: Close sales through online platforms, phone calls, and in-person meetings, ensuring customers receive the best service and parts.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing expert guidance and addressing any challenges they may face.
• Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales journey, from initial inquiry to the successful delivery of parts, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
• Business Development: Outbound calling to identify new opportunities to expand the business.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with trends and regulations in the auto parts industry, particularly within the recycled auto parts sector.
• Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals to contribute to the company’s growth and make $$

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sales experience, ideally in the automotive industry or with auto parts.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess customer needs and offer the right solutions.
• Ability to engage with customers and close sales across online, phone, and in-person channels.
• A true car nut with strong knowledge of car parts
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
