Your journey
Our Digital & Technology Graduate Development Program commencing in February 2026 features rotations across multiple teams, providing you with an outstanding foundation as you develop your career. As a bonus, you can also choose to undertake a project management qualification. You’ll also benefit from professional development courses, such as creative problem solving, negotiation, leadership, and diversity in the workplace.
At the end of your two-year program, you’ll have a better understanding of what you like doing and what you’re good at. You'll have opportunities to try out new ideas, and experience how great it feels to succeed, while having a whole load of fun along the way.
Degrees/Disciplines sought:
You have a technology focused, IT, cyber, information management, data or computer science degree or working towards completion.

What are the eligibility criteria?
All applicants must:
- Have completed a Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline, preferably within the past three years, or are working towards graduating by the time the program commences.
- Authority to work in Australia
- Hold a current valid driver’s licence
- Be willing to undergo a medical (including drug and alcohol test) and a police check.

This role offers a starting annual base wage of $110,783.83 plus 13% superannuation. Our pay grade and classification information can be found in the Utilities Management Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement available online.
