WHO WE ARE
We are a the first of its kind, a hybrid between super boutique gym and allied health clinic. Our mission is simple: To provide the very best place for recovery and rehabilitation. The best for health and wellbeing and provide the best services for those that want to maximise performance or return to sport. Our vision is the be the best allied health clinic and gym in Australia.
Our ‘clinic’ works out of our own 24/7 gym and have consult rooms within the facility and use the gym as our ‘rehab’ space. We are a team of 11 young clinicians who are epic people, love to have fun and absolutely love working together. You won’t find a place with a better company culture.
THE ROLE
As the facility Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and members and eventually leading a passionate team. We are looking for someone who is a leader, a motivator and a standard setter. You thrive in a high-performance environment but also love to have some fun, balancing business operations, account management, client experience and helping us to achieve our goals and ambitions.
1. OPERATIONS
Ensure the gym operates seamlessly every single day from opening to close.
Maintain unrivalled standards in cleanliness, club presentation, and equipment upkeep.
Manage membership & allied heath clients, including liaising with allied health staff, managing referrals, customer enquiries, account & inbox management.
Ensure all systems, bookings, and operations run smoothly
Liaise with allied health staff.
2. CLIENT EXPERIENCE & COMMUNITY
Create a beautiful culture where every client feels supported, motivated, and part of something bigger.
Build relationships with clients, know their names, their goals, their wins. Develop and execute strategies to improve client & member experience.
Ensure a high-energy, welcoming environment that aligns with our brand personality.
3. BUSINESS & SALES GROWTH
Help drive our ambition to be no.1 and work with younger, healthier and sportier populations. Through assistance with social media campaigns. Helping plan and organise projects such as sporting team outreach and marketing campaigns.
Assist with planning and designing of the facility and key projects.
WHAT YOU BRING
Leadership experience in a high-performance gym, fitness club, or premium hospitality environment. Your leadership style prioritises the needs of others, embodying empathy, support, and dedication to the well-being of our community.
A strong understanding of fitness operations, sales, and customer experience.
Working in the health industry is more than a job, it is a genuine passion.
Exceptional people skills - you build relationships, drive engagement, and motivate a team.
Strong business acumen - you understand membership & client growth, financials, and operational efficiency.
The ability to problem-solve, adapt, and execute at a high level.
A deep understanding of luxury service and high-performance fitness culture.
A professional, well-groomed appearance
