QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

At least at least three years of relevant experience.

Knowledge of best practices for training kitchen staff and implementing kitchen procedures.

Strong technical cooking skills and a deep understanding of various cuisines and cooking methods.

High level of creativity and reliability.

Passionate about food

Own your own transport

Experience in fast-paced a-la-carte cooking

Ability to manage a busy kitchen

Flexible schedule required
