You will be:

• Selling air and land packages to our destinations via incoming phone, email, and web chat enquiries.
• Handling bookings end-to-end, from the initial point of contact through to post-travel customer engagement.
• Engaging with suppliers from all over the South Pacific to manage bookings
• Using our databases to manage booking records.
• Meeting sales and productivity KPI’s.
• Participating in training workshops and sales meetings

All about you:

• Experienced travel consultant looking for a change.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Proven track record of reaching and smashing sales targets.
• Able to work well both independently and within a team environment.
• Product knowledge of South Pacific destinations is a bonus!

Please note we operate a 7-day trade environment. Some weekend and public holiday work is required. This is a fully office-based role with no remote working opportunities.
