What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years experience as a Contracts Administrator in the luxury residential or commercial construction sector (commercial construction projects must be of similar high-spec and value).
• Proven ability to manage contracts, variations, RFI's, procurement, and cost reporting across high-end builds.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
• A genuine passion for quality construction and an appreciation for luxury design.
