About the role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead this vibrant team in Pacific Fair. You will be at the forefront of driving an exceptional customer experience while leading and developing a high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where your passion for fashion, energy, and ability to drive sales will shine. You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets and KPIs, managing stock, handling online orders and fulfilment, and ensuring the store reflects the creative spirit of the brand.

Skills and experience:

* A bubbly, vibrant personality with a love for people and fashion
* Proven retail management experience with a focus on coaching and team development
* A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
* Experience working to sales targets, KPIs, and budgets
* Confidence in stock management and working with high-volume inventory
* Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising skills
* Familiarity with e-commerce and fulfilment processes
