We’re searching for an experienced Production Team Leader to join our dynamic Operations Team. If you’re passionate about making operations and production a well-oiled machine and enjoy a collaborative team environment, this is your role!

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

Organising and prioritising a large number of daily incoming orders

Setting up work schedules for your team

Setting up work orders and orders in Microsoft Business Central (ERP)

Liaising with the sales team to ensure orders are dispatched to meet customer expectations

Picking and packing orders with precision accuracy

Providing a high level of customer service while maintaining attention to detail when processing orders

The work hours for this role are 6:30/7:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday.

📲 What You Bring to the Table

Demonstrated track record in a Hydraulic workshop or production environments

Demonstrated experience in meeting production KPIs

Ability to make a production environment effective and lean.

Experience in multitasking within a high-volume order environment using adequate time and task management skills

Ability to follow the process and improve where possible

Ability to retain a range of product knowledge and apply this knowledge to orders going out to make sure they are correct

Effective people management skills, emphasising teamwork to get things done.

A proactive attitude to customers by being able to follow our Sales Playbook processes

Ability to adapt to change with a positive mindset
