The Role:

This role is ideal for a driven and polished Sales Associate/Administrator looking to gain hands-on experience in premium property sales while learning directly from one of the best in the business. You’ll be exposed to all facets of the sales process—from listing presentations to settlements—while playing a vital role in delivering a seamless, white-glove experience to clients. The role includes:

• Administration and sales support for a leading Principal
• Assisting with open homes, private appointments & auction prep
• Managing calendars and day-to-day organisation
• Preparing high-end listing and marketing proposals
• Coordinating newsletters and ongoing client communication
• Working closely with conveyancers/solicitors from exchange to settlement
• Database and CRM management
• Liaising with buyers, vendors, and high-value clients
• Supporting campaign execution and marketing rollout
• Saturday work required

What You’ll Need:

• Real estate experience is essential
• Certificate of Registration, car and drivers license
• A strong interest in sales and the property market
• Immaculate presentation and communication skills
• Proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a calm under-pressure attitude
