We're on the lookout for a creative Junior/Mid-Level Digital Marketing Assistant to work for a leading Motorcycle Distributor that has a great presence across Australia and New Zealand.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in creating exciting social media and video content across Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok. You'll be working as part of a talented team of Digital Marketing specialists. This role will see you take ownership for all Social Media posts and content (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube et al), you will be given creative license and allowed to innovate, so if you have ideas and suggestions in this space then this is the business culture where your voice will be heard.

In terms of experience, it is less about time served and more about attitude to both the job at hand and your own self development. I am looking for ambitious and talented Digital Marketing professionals (Ideally 1+yrs experience) who understand how to run both social media (Insta, FB, YT etc) & email marketing campaigns, who are analytical & conduct essential pre-post campaign analysis as required.

You'll also be involved new launches, promotions, so if you like or ideally love motorbikes then this would be perfect for you as this will help you understand the mindset of the customer base but also allow you to broaden out your role & responsibilities - there is so much white space with this opportunity for the right candidate this seriously is not to be missed.

This is a Melbourne role and requires a Hybrid model - how this works will depend on the individual and is open to negotiation, but a 3/2 split is most likely at the start. The position is based in Pascoe Vale so living within 30 mins of their offices would be ideal.
