The Role
As an Internal Battery Only Sales Specialist at Plico, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of Australia’s renewable energy sector. Initially focused on the WA market, this position will evolve as we expand nationally. You’ll be responsible for driving sales and capitalising on the once-in-a-lifetime market opportunity brought on by:

This is a high-stakes, high-reward position designed for an ambitious sales expert ready to leverage market momentum. With an OTE of $250,000, your earnings potential is sky-high, and your career growth is limitless. Multiple Top earners in March earned over $20,000 in commissions!
Key Responsibilities
Drive battery only sales across WA, and an expanding national client base as we grow.
Build relationships with customers, from initial inquiry to successful contract completion.
Leverage the WA and potential Federal Battery Rebate programs to offer unmatched value to clients, increasing conversions and customer satisfaction.
Work within the sales team and with the marketing team to create and refine strategies that capitalise on market opportunities.
Take ownership of the sales cycle without having to worry about lead generation. The leads are provided for you to nurture and close high-value, long-term customers.
Provide exceptional customer service and technical advice to ensure clients receive the best solutions for their needs.
Stay ahead of the competition by maintaining expert knowledge on battery technology and the renewable energy market.
What we’re looking for
Proven sales experience in a high-volume, high-reward environment (preferably in renewable energy or a related field).
A passion for sustainable energy and a drive to make a difference.
A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, especially in B2C settings.
The ability to manage remote client relationships with ease while staying organised and goal focused.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions for everyday customers.
Self-motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset. This is a fast-paced, growing business, and you’ll be at the forefront of its expansion.
