About the role

Manhari Recycling is seeking an experienced Procurement / Trading Manager to join our team in Tottenham, Victoria. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement and trading of electronic waste (e-waste) materials to support our growing recycling operations.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the procurement of e-waste materials from a range of suppliers and sources to meet production requirements

Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing and terms

Monitor market trends and pricing to identify opportunities to maximise profitability through trading activities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and suppliers

Implement efficient inventory management systems to ensure timely delivery of materials

Collaborate with the operations team to align procurement activities with production needs

Provide regular reporting and analysis to the leadership team on procurement and trading performance

What we're looking for

Minimum 10 years' experience in a procurement or trading role, ideally within the recycling or waste management industry

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills to secure favourable supplier contracts

Excellent understanding of e-waste materials, processing and market dynamics

Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making

Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines

Collaborative team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
