Sea Harvest Pty Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Officer to join our Corporate team at our Fremantle office. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and related reporting functions, contributing to our commitment to ethical business practices and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Process fortnightly and monthly payrolls using ADP.
Prepare monthly and year-end payroll reconciliations and reports.
Post payroll-related journals into ERP systems (NetSuite and BC).
Support HR and Finance teams with payroll data and reporting.
Assist with compliance relating to Awards, Fair Work legislation, and apprenticeship schemes.
Draft employee contracts and coordinate onboarding/offboarding tasks.
Ensure accurate and secure maintenance of payroll records.
What You Bring
Essential:
Minimum 3 years’ experience processing payroll for over 100 employees.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HR practices.
Proficiency in Office 365.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Sound understanding of Fair Work and industrial relations legislation.
Desirable:
Experience with outsourced payroll systems (preferably ADP).
Familiarity with ERP platforms (NetSuite, BC).
HR or Payroll-related qualifications.
What is on Offer:
The 4 day per-week base salary range will be $68,000 - $72,000, (negotiable) commensurate with qualifications and experience. Superannuation will be paid additional to the base salary.
