The Role:

Location: Mount Druitt NSW
Duration: 24-month Traineeship

As a Westpac Everyday Banking Operations Trainee, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to Westpac’s customers. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver on customer outcomes across a range of processes
• Meet key performance indicators across service, quality, and productivity with a risk mindset, keeping Westpac’s customers at the heart of everything you do
• Manage internal and external communications through phone and emails
• Interrogate and investigate complex queries, issues, and complaints, using judgment to resolve customer concerns

Learn and Develop:

This traineeship is designed to help you:

• Build foundational knowledge of cash and transactional banking processes
• Develop strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Understand and apply the principles of risk management
• Grow your confidence and ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment

• Have a strong interest in the financial services industry and a desire to learn
