About the Firm

They’ve invested heavily in both people and systems, with structured training pathways, offshore support teams, and a mix of fixed fee and advisory-led engagements. Timesheets are in use, but billable targets are realistic - the training on offer for staff is excellent.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to take over a stable, well-managed fee base of approximately $1 million. You'll step into a leadership role with oversight of three experienced team members — all of whom have been with the firm for several years and operate with a high degree of independence.

The work is a mix of compliance and advisory, focused on family-owned groups and large private companies across sectors like medical, hospitality, clubs and professional services. You won’t be left to figure it out alone — you’ll work closely with the firm’s existing Partners, who are hands-on and committed to supporting you as you transition into the role.

Whether you’re a strong Senior Manager ready for the next step, or already operating at Director level, this role offers meaningful leadership, long-term stability, and the option to work toward equity — or not, if you’re happy in a non-equity Director capacity with a strong bonus structure.

Experience Required

15+ years in business services or tax advisory

CA/CPA qualified

Strong experience managing client relationships and leading teams
