About the Role

We are expanding our dynamic team and on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner. In this role, you will create and deliver person-centred, evidence-informed behaviour support plans that align with participants’ NDIS goals. You’ll work with a diverse caseload including children, adolescents, and adults, and collaborate closely with families, carers, and a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to promote sustainable outcomes.

This is a hybrid role, involving a mix of clinic-based and community-based work. You’ll support clients across various locations throughout Sydney, providing flexibility and variety in your day-to-day work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and review Behaviour Support Plans in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements

Conduct functional assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions

Provide training and support to families, carers, and support teams

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all standards

Collaborate with a passionate, multi-disciplinary team

About You

NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner Registration (minimum Proficient level)

Experience in Behaviour Support Plan development and Functional Behaviour Assessments

Knowledge of restrictive practices and Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for improving lives

Drivers Licence
