About the Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and capable Receptionist / Administration
Officer to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff,
this role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a warm and
professional front-of-house experience.
This is a varied role that will suit someone mature and organised, confident, and
comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Your contribution will
directly support the work we do in the aged care and community services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
Manage front desk reception, incoming calls, and emails
Provide general information to clients and assist with onboarding documentation
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Maintain accurate electronic and physical records (NDIS, HCP, internal systems)
Assist with compliance documentation and maintain privacy in line with CommCare
policies
Manage petty cash, basic banking, invoice entry, and ledger records
Assist in notetaking and administration of Board and team meetings
Order office supplies and support general office tidiness
Provide support for fleet administration, filing, scanning, and day-to-day admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of relevant experience in an administrative or receptionist role
Previous experience in healthcare, aged care, NDIS, or community services (highly
regarded)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, professional phone manner and high emotional intelligence
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage competing priorities
Basic knowledge of banking, petty cash, and invoice management
Fast typing speed and comfort with IT systems and equipment (desirable)
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, and keen to learn.
Must have full unrestricted Australian Driver's License
