This ASX-listed growing business is on a major transformation journey, and they need a sharp, capable operator to help drive it.

Think of this role as the 2iC to the Head of Finance Transformation deeply involved, hands-on, and right in the thick of the action.

What’s the role?

You’ll sit across a range of high-impact projects including:

• Supporting the rollout of CONCUR, making sure it actually works for the business, not just in theory.
• Driving change management: bringing people on the journey, ensuring adoption sticks.
• Preparing for a new ERP implementation: mapping out business requirements across 12 entities, each with different charts of accounts and processes.
• Looking at debt collection processes, AP automation, and anything else that needs fixing or modernising.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Partnering with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements.
• Managing and attending vendor meetings.
• Supporting training and enablement, showing people not just what’s changing but why it matters.
• Getting stuck in. This is not a “steering committee” role. You’ll be deep in the details.

What we’re looking for:

• A Process Improvement specialist who knows how to deliver.
• You’ve implemented tools like CONCUR, worked through systems change, and know your way around finance transformation.
• You’re a great communicator, calm under pressure, and able to switch between strategy and execution.
• You’re happy doing the grunt work when needed, no ego, just outcomes.

This is a 12-month contract paying $150k + Super.
