Industrial Service/Project Electrician

Our local subsidiary, Lödige Australia, is seeking a motivated Electrician willing to work as part of a site-based service/project team. You will be expected to work with machines/automated systems in secured environments, fulfilling the following roles:

Preventative and corrective maintenance on heavy duty machines and automated systems, which will include working on both electrical and mechanical systems.

Electrical/Mechanical fault finding on non/automated systems for equipment such as elevating transfer vehicles, powered roller decks, scissor lifts and hoists.

Assisting your team to ensure maximum system availability for the customer.

Working towards increasing equipment reliability by continuously improving the way of working and our processes on site.

Ensuring electrical equipment and installations are installed and tested in accordance with Australian Standard AS/NZS 3000 Electrical installations

Reading and interpreting design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.

Actively engage and support aspects of site works such as equipment installation, testing, commissioning and site co-ordination.

Key Requirements:

Qualified Electrician with experience in PLC-controlled hydraulic and mechanically driven systems.

Good written and verbal communication skills (English).

Able to pass a Police Check for ASIC Card eligibility

Clear Drug & Alcohol Test
