Finance Business Partner

Are you a commercially minded finance professional who has a blended experience of commercial and core finance duties.

Our client is seeking a Finance Business Partner to play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. In this position, you’ll provide valuable insights to drive business growth, streamline financial processes, and support strategic decision-making. Reporting to the FBP Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and facilitate sales and financial budgets and forecasts.
Deliver high-quality, timely monthly reporting packs with performance analysis.
Present financial results and key insights to stakeholders.
Provide commercial analysis to drive value-add opportunities.
Enhance systems, automate processes, and create advanced financial models.
Identify operational trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
Challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.

About You:

CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling, Power BI, and Excel.
Excellent business acumen and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights.
Effective communicator who can influence and engage stakeholders.
Experience in ERP systems (NetSuite or Dynamics 365 preferred).
Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment with ongoing change.
